I cannot over emphasize how useful POCUS is in remote settings. Here in Iqaluit - where TTEs are available just a few times a year - being able to answer the question “is this patient’s LVEF normal” is an invaluable skill. All internists need to learn. @IM_POCUS @katiewiskar
