SAC have been filed a lawsuit against 322 students detainees of Tamwe Strike according to the penal code section 505 (a) for causing of the Defence Services to mutiny or otherwise disregard or fail in his duty.

Reportedly heard from the lawyers that the students who were detained on 3rd March are charged with 505(A). We don’t know the exact no. of students who were charged yet. The court hearing session will be held on 25th March.

More than 300 students arrested since Mar3 have been charged under Section 505(a) of the Criminal Code by the SAC terrorist and will be arraigned on Mar25, according to the lawyers.
