researching museums, literacies, families; thinking on the agency of things; museums as stages; visitors as actors; enchantment of picture books and swimming.
Dutton tried (but failed) to shut down question time before Clare O'Neil got another chance to remind people of his terrible record in multiple ministries.
(the Liberals shouted but couldn't distract her, including chirping from 'Mr Multiple Ministries' up the back)

#LisaMillar has every right to interview the Treasurer. But for God's sake brush up on economics beforehand. "Are you lying?", "are you lying?", "are you lying?" is not interviewing. It is banal muttering of an incompetent lunatic. ABC, fix this bloody mess!
@sandylanceley@websyd@WilStracke Aboriginal People are already a different category in the constitution as the govt can make laws for them. This question is whether they should be consulted. Regardless they are our First Nations people. They shaped this land and it shaped them. I’m interested in what they say.
@sandylanceley@WilStracke@WilStracke doesn’t say there was a referendum on women’s suffrage. She refers to the years of campaigning for South Australia to lead the way and achieve it. Australia was seen as progressive because of this struggle by women.
@zannagirl3@TracyWesterman#VoteYes not because I feel sorry for Australia’s First Nation, those that shaped the landscape as much as being made by it. No-one else arriving in the last 200 odd years trumps this. I want them to be seen and heard in our constitution. It takes nothing away from anyone else.
@Rowe309Rowe@footyindustryAU Recognition plus an opportunity to be heard aka The Voice is what the 250 Aboriginal delegates that met at Uluṟu wanted. This was the result of extensive politically bi partisan consultation with 1200 Aboriginal people held over years. The majority of Aboriginal people support.
@Austrackcampers, your adverts on Sky News Australia’s after-dark opinion pages are funding climate science denialism, racism, vote no for the Voice & misogyny. Does this reflect your corporate values? One would hope not, and you act appropriately. cc @slpng_giants_oz.
@abc_breakfast very disappointing snapshot of #RyuichiSakamoto and his passing- an influential musical genius who gifted us some of the most moving soundtracks and yet #hamishmcdonald manages to make it about him- too young for an old composer eh Hamish?
@hawthorne00@jonkudelka The Southern Outlet, to Sorrell, to Glenorchy, even over the mountain to Huonville all look jammed packed. Making public transport free, build the light rail and offer a reasonable timetable app might help. Subsidise these for a start, then get back to us.
What is it with @abcnews? It keeps leading with motherhood statements from the opposition commentating on policy rather than the @AustralianLabor aka the governments actual policy. Is it just a habit it can’t break? #auspol
@PhilipThalis@ChrisMinnsMP Poor #centralstation reduced from a grand commanding presence to a bag lady crouching under the weight of new walls, pompous balconies and now towers. The loss of the post office just another tranche in the battle to ensure we lose any cultural memories.
