Hexar AI is your intelligent troubleshooting companion for any machine, from robots to industrial systems to consumer devices. It understands how every component connects and interacts, enabling it to reason through complex problems like an expert engineer and guide you step by step to the solution.
Unlike traditional AI tools that only process text, Hexar AI understands systems along with the interplay between hardware and software. It builds a digital brain of your machine that you can explore, modify, and learn from, turning every troubleshooting session into a smarter, faster, and more insightful experience.
@hthieblot Intelligent troubleshooting AI agent for robotics/hardware engineers which is equipped with your robot/machine's architecture and possible failures.
Hello everyone,
we have started a pilot with https://t.co/3yWYxm10dG building automated freight transportation. They are using https://t.co/xtTrt6st60 for field troubleshooting during deployment, marking a key milestone and giving us valuable feedback to improve the product.
Hello everyone,
We are excited to share a major update. Our team has rewritten nearly half of the codebase to significantly improve the frontend experience and overall system performance. https://t.co/USttEwXtne is now fully compatible with mobile devices, making it easier to use on the go. We have also achieved substantial latency improvements, which have been thoroughly tested. We will be sharing more details about these updates in upcoming posts. Do let us know your feedback on the same.

Robots are not the future anymore. They are already here, and we are still in the early days of a massive industry. Robots will fail, and that creates a huge opportunity in how we fix them. Hexar AI will become the standard solution when something breaks.
At Hexar AI we are building the next generation IDE for troubleshooting machines. Software had programming languages, then GitHub for collaboration, then coding IDEs and now agentic AI.
We are creating the same evolution for robotics and machinery. An IDE powered by an AI that understands mechanical, electrical, software and electronics.
It is already helping us diagnose complex robots. Adoption will take time, but being among the first to build this future gives us a real advantage. The new era of machine troubleshooting has started.
Our team is working steadily behind the scenes. We heard your feedback about the user interface and user experience, and we are actively improving both. We are also working through the legal steps required to launch our much awaited pilot. On the fundraising front, investor interest in what we are building and its real world use cases continues to grow. As we have said before, we are here to build for the long term, and the vision ahead is significant.
Here is a sneak peek of the landing page. Excited to showcase transformed user interface in a week.
Introducing Hexar AI agent mode
Just describe what you want to add or edit in component tree, and the agent takes care of it.
Collaborate like coding with friends, but for troubleshooting and documentation.
No more outdated docs, your conversations become living documentation automatically.
This feature is a game changer. Keeping documentation updated and organized is one of the most painful tasks. Now, you never have to worry about it again.
Our founder @PrajwalGote19 showcased a live demo of Hexar AI at a Crypto x AI x Robotics event in London hosted by @Nethermind . The response was incredible, with great enthusiasm and interest in what we are building.
A special mention to @umeirzz from @virtuals_io, who was also part of the panel and continues to be an invaluable mentor on our journey.
First edition of our Crypto x AI x Robotics event at Ethereum London, huge thanks to all our speakers & panelists. Fantastic turnout!
Let’s bring the roboticists and AI engineers and researchers together to Ethereum.
Big thanks to @encodeclub, @EFetheverywhere, @ETHLDN, and @Nethermind for co-hosting.
Hello everyone!
Thank you for all the amazing feedback and interest in our product. We are carefully reviewing every suggestion and prioritizing improvements based on your input.
We believe in continuous iterations, so keep the feedback coming! You can share your thoughts through the contact form on our website or try out the product and tell us what can be improved. Every piece of feedback matters, and we are committed to our users.
A big feature launch is coming this week - stay tuned!
Who are founders of Hexar AI?
Prajwal Gote - Robotics Engineer, ex-Jaguar Land Rover (Autonomous Driving team). Years of experience building robots and AV systems, previously part of a University of Oxford spinout in autonomous driving.
Kaivalya Pande - Computer Vision Engineer at Honeywell, specializing in robotics and industrial AI.
We are solving one of the most unstructured problems i.e. troubleshooting and fixing the physical world.
Autonomous vehicles are one of the most complex machines ever built. Our thesis is simple, if we can solve troubleshooting for this extreme case, it becomes far easier to scale across any machine, robot, or software system.
How $HEXAR differs from ChatGpt?
Traditional language models like ChatGPT are not designed to understand machines. To make them work, you would first need to feed them around 50 questions worth of detailed information just to explain what your machine looks like and how it operates. That means every engineer in the company would spend nearly an hour just helping the model grasp your system.
Even then, ChatGPT does not inherently understand how software, mechanical, electrical, and electronic components interact in a robotics system. This lack of structural understanding leads to inaccurate or “hallucinated” responses.
To solve this, we developed an entirely new way to represent machines. An architecture that allows AI to natively understand system-level relationships across domains. You can call it an editable brain. After months of research, we achieved a major breakthrough about four months ago. This architecture is now in the process of being patented and forms the core of our technology.
@Camos1990 Yes. So along with subscription, you will have option to pay with $HEXAR. We have runway of minimum a year from here. Also Universities are backing us here in UK. Multiple pilots with companies in hardware space are planned over 6 months timeline.
@Camos1990 The long term goal is to enable payment using $HEXAR tokens. Also, we will be integrating with @virtuals_io ACP to enable agent to agent communication.
