@100daysnocode To learn the fundamentals of no code and use this to build and test prototypes.
100% would recommend! In 1 month, I managed to quickly test a range of ideas which otherwise would have only existed as notes scribbled inside a notebook.
To anyone looking to build a bit more mindfulness and gratitude in their day, would you use an SMS-based gratitude diary?
This is a concept I'm testing (and maybe building!) as part of @100daysnocode Bootcamp. If you have any thoughts/feedback please reach out! #100daysofnocode
🥳 I'm excited to announce that I'll be building + launching my MVP as part of the 3rd @100daysnocode Bootcamp over the next 4 weeks!

Mental health tools should be accessible to everyone. I started building this during #100DaysOfNoCode. If you have any feedback on how to make it better, let me know!
Cognitive distortions can cloud how we process situations and make our problems sometimes feel heavier than they need to be.
If you feel a negative thought weighing you down, here's a simple exercise that can help you shift your thinking based on CBT 🧵 #ship30for30
4. Write your reframed thought on a piece of paper and practice.
Breaking negative thought patterns won't happen overnight but now you have a little technique that you can practice and apply whenever the thought returns.
@JamesClear inspired me to think about how I design my environment to build habits.
He talks about our physical environment but I realised its equally applicable to our digital environment.
Here's how I'm using #nocode to help me build a daily writing habit for #ship30for30.
@alexaleighrome Reading this and everyone’s comments made me feel so much better 😂
I’m also travelling and was beating myself up for not writing consistently. Then I zoomed out and realised I’d regret staying in to write atomic essays instead of immersing myself in Venice!
@brianpmccann Hey Brian, yes screenshot attached! I wanted to keep it as simple as possible and just included a slide from the course that resonated with me :)
@p_millerd@MJDeMarco@the_hap_trap Definitely a useful tool to help establish a daily writing habit. The only challenge is you need to be quite concise to fit all the words fit in the image 😅
These 3 books pulled me out of a rut when I was feeling stuck and unfulfilled at work by helping me redefine what success means to me.
I highly recommend checking out @MJDeMarco, @p_millerd and @the_hap_trap 's work!
