2/2 @Westjet has been slowly losing it's way when Onex stepped in and took you private, clawing back small perks and benefits at every chance. Air travel is not affordable in Canada and never will be. Either way, Westjet will not get one more cent from me. Enough is enough.

@WestJet I have been a loyal customer for 10 years. My partner and I both have WJ Mastercards and have been using the rewards program the entire time. This new "seat reconfiguration" means it's time to move on. Being 6'3" tall, it makes me shudder looking at that video. 1/2

@ShaneWenzel 5400 sq/ft on 3 levels. Have a few cold spots in the winter. Was not thinking when we built! Pool is in the 5 year plan.

@WestJet Sitting at a table of 5 of us that figure we spend $50k a year between us on Westjet flights. Were does our money go? This lounge is disgraceful. I guess this is the new Westjet with Onex.

@WestJet Whats happening with the YYC lounge? No food and a fridge full of beer locked. Nothing but chairs and windows between 10 and 11. What a waste of a lounge pass.
