@Error403k I took a peek at your model. 😅
I have to admit, I love minimalist design!
Congratulations on your work, bro! Please keep us posted on your future releases and how the new model is performing.✌️
How rude of me! I never introduced myself.
Hey everyone! How's it going?
I'm a web designer and Framer developer, 3 years building behind the scenes. Time to finally show up and share what I build day to day.
What are you working on lately?
My results without sales templates
Two months ago, I submitted this component to Framer without any particular expectations, just to understand how submitting to the Marketplace worked.
It’s nice to see that, as of today, +180 people have installed it. Whether out of curiosity or because they actually use it.
I spent today creating the model’s face for my first @Framer Template; my perfectionism slowed me down, but I really liked the result.
I tried out a new tool and it was really good!
How have you guys been generating images for your projects?
@bybellarizp Yes! It’ll be a minimalist portfolio template for Framer. I’m still working on it, but I plan to share some previews and photos I’ve been working on later this week.
@bybellarizp Thank you, Bella!!!
Exactly! It was a client's annual subscription plan.
(I hope that in the next 30 days, with the launch of my first model, there will be more clicks😅)
@bybellarizp@framer@dubdotco That's true, you're right... I also imagine there will be major updates to the marketplace that could have an impact.
But anyway, congratulations on the work you've been doing! Keep it up.🔥
I finally finished my "Starter Page". Now I don't have to start every new project completely from scratch.
Everything is ready and I can just bring the layout to life.
We launched the V2 landing page for a production partner working with brands like A24, Paramount, and Netflix.
Backhouse isn't a traditional production house and that was the whole challenge.
They were transitioning from traditional media production to an embedded in-house partner model helping in-house teams scale their production work.
The problem with that kind of shift is you can't just position the site as a portfolio.
Show too much of it and you reposition them right back into the category they're trying to leave.
So we had to build a lot of the work from scratch from the assets, the narrative, the flow.
We spent a lot of time going back and forth with the founders on the messaging.
Because the model is unusual enough that even a small amount of ambiguity tips it right back into sounding like every other production company they were trying to move past.
After launch the team shared to us:
"They’re saying the design is beautiful, that they love the website, and personally i am just happy people understand the business model from looking through it"
That last part is the one that mattered most to us too.
Getting someone to genuinely understand a completely new way of working, just from reading a page... that's the harder brief.
