@hthieblot I moved back to Houston after Twitch. Career definitely took a hit, but the benefits of being around family have been amazing. Thereโs no right answer, but, looking back, Iโm happy with my decision.
Hope you and your family have been well!
@korterkortmand@danielgothits side while sitting, for example.
Most of the physical therapy I was prescribed was for long term prevention of reinjury, which was to strengthen my core. Nerve flossing sometimes helped, but it would also increase the pain sometimes.
Hope this helps
@korterkortmand@danielgothits youโre young. Best you can do is speed up the healing process by not aggravating it and using injections to decrease the inflammation, which also provides temporary pain relief. My glute pain was specifically coming from the piriformis, so I would avoid putting weight on thatโฆ
if you switched from claude code to gpt-5, how do you use it? did you go back to cc?
i miss ccโs ux
gpt-5 in cursor works well, but i want a cli
codex felt clunky
tried opencode (pre gpt-5) but preferred cc
havent tried amp, cursor cli, or using gpt-5 in cc yet
@RicanSamurai@hirschibar@ThePrimeagen Yeah, we used in small places at twitch, but I donโt think those services survived long term. Twitch, as an org, preferred Go. We use it as our main language at Sleeper!
@ja3k_@jmduke Iโve started doing the same recently too. After trying a few options, I landed on VoiceInk (https://t.co/rPZEXgcg9L). Itโs a one time payment. It lets you download models on your machine to run locally, which has been fast and accurate for me.
