have＝持っている・所有している
get＝手に入れる・もらう

haveは「すでに持っている状態」、getは「手に入れる動作」というイメージです！😊

@la1apoopsy but the longer you starve yourself the more you loose ofc but genuinely sticking to 1.7kcal and hitting your exercise target like 10k steps and doing weights you can at least loose 1-2lb a week.

@la1apoopsy there is different ways of “starving” yourself but if we’re looking at the pure definition of them not eating at all. then yeah its hard because when youre in starvation mode your body goes into survival mode by holding onto fat and water

@gllitlatte for it stop being in survival mode you need to eat at least 1,300-1,400 kcals while doing your daily steps. trust me you’d still lose weight and your body wont be holding onto fat as survival because you’re giving it the food its need btw. 1/2

@gllitlatte its not weight its water retention and your body is holding onto fat because its in survival mode 💀 you’d at least need to eat 3k a day to gain 1 pound of fat btw.

@JStocker808 @harukaawake but obvs if youre someone who respects their cultures and are not troubling then just know the post isn’t about you, i’ve even spoken to few a japanese people about the situation, even they said the situation isn’t targeted at us who respects Japan and their people.

@JStocker808 @harukaawake I really believe its because ofc SOME foreigners do cause a lot of issues in Japan and don’t follow their rules and traditions snd they want Japan to change their rules. Japan is happy to welcome foreigners but they’re not going to change their laws & rules for them.
