When we chase the feeling of certainty, we run the risk of shrinking and contorting our vision, so it fits into a model of what has already been manifested and proven possible by someone else.
Many people embark on a healing journey to experience more joy… but don’t allow themselves to experience joy because they believe they’re not healed yet.
This is in resistance to their highest desires.
It’s time to embody your healing by choosing to create space for joy now.
I’m unavailable for the not-so-subtle undertones that external achievement will make me happy, or somehow more worthy.
I choose to cultivate happiness now.
I realized that I have big goals, but I no longer set them or build them from a space of anxiety.
I’m unavailable for the over-popularized goal setting concept, “if it doesn’t scare you it’s not big enough.”
Looping in indecision?
It’s likely not that you have uncertainty in your marketing plan.
It’s the uncertainty in yourself.
When you actually trust yourself and listen to your intuition, making decisions becomes simple.
Not always easy. But simple.
The “next level” version of you isn’t “out there,” somewhere in the ether.
It’s within. Here & now.
Telling yourself otherwise is creating discord & dissonance because it’s a lie.
Your soul is signaling these emotions to alert you to the lies.
Your complete soul is here now.
Getting outside your comfort zone is like taking off a wet sports bra.
There can be a surprising amount of resistance, and yet, staying in it becomes increasingly uncomfortable.
As we grow & expand, we also shed & release.
When you walk away from people, step away from environments, shed old identities, reprioritize values, rewire new beliefs —
— It can be aligned & empowering, while also being uncomfortable, challenging, & at times, painful.
The question isn’t, “What if I’m authentically me, and people don’t like it?”
There *will* be people who don’t vibe with you. That’s a guarantee.
The real question is, “When someone doesn’t like me, how will I choose to respond? What will I make that mean?”
Think about the 80/20 rule.
If 20% of your tasks make up 80% of revenue, what would happen in your business if you spent more time on the 20% money making activities?
So, it’s not always about doing less, and more about not doing more.
In this season of your business, you might not be at a place to delegate *everything,* which is absolutely fine!
So, when you look at your to-do list, assess where your time is going, if you are focusing on your zone of genius, and if you tasks are actually providing an ROI.
Many of my friends worked at a similar restaurant, that also happened to be a Fortune 500, in which they were responsible for 3-5 tasks.
On an average night, they were able to provide a better service, got guests in and out faster, and in turn, a higher earning potential.
More or less is all relative, so let’s unpack this:
When I worked in the restaurant business, as a server, we had 10+ tasks to manage at any given time…
Counter to what social media may have you believe, your healing journey doesn’t have to take over your life.
I mean, what is the purpose of intentionally healing? In a broad sense… isn’t it to be able to more fully live your life?
A great coach holds a powerful mirror of possibility, so that when the client is buying into their old stories, the coach can hold their vision up for them, to help them remember who the fuck they really are.
