The killer told police she didn't see her victim because of the sun. An investigation concluded that she lied. The sun was not a factor.

The killer's punishment was community service.

2x/week drivers camp out in their idling car for hours, waiting for street sweeping so they can pull out, let the sweeper go by, and get their free parking spot back
