@Breezus_17 @PAPAxC4 When you offer multiple guys it's in order of preference on the hiring screen. You'll hire the guy at the top if he accepts but if he declines then it goes to option 2 and that cycle continues until someone accepts.

The old system gave the GM (us) too much power in negotiations. This feels like talking to an agent for a real contract.
