Bryan Johnson’s Best Health Hack Will Help You Sleep Better and Live Longer
“The single best thing I've learned out of everything I've ever done is (lowering) your resting heart rate before sleep is the best thing you can do for your health. Hands down.”
“Let's say it's 60 beats per minute. Your goal over the next month is to lower your heart rate by 10% or so. So if you're 60, be down at 54.”
“Here's how you're going to do it.”
1) No food for 4 hours before bed
2) No screens for 1 hour before bed
3) Amber and red lights in your house, no blues
4) No caffeine after 12pm
“The reason why your heart rate is so important is the lower your heart rate is, the better your sleep, the better your sleep, the better your willpower.”
“Did you know, if you don't sleep your prefrontal cortex goes offline and you lose your willpower?”
“So when you're trying to not eat the cookie, you're powerless. You can't do it. It's gone.”
“I promise you, this is the single best thing you can do for your health.”

10 stocks I would buy for the long term: 👇
1. $TSLA- it’s an American company that is leading the charge in robotics, autonomy and manufacturing. It’s a force for good with the help of Elon musk.
2. $BMNR - Tom Lee will lead this company to the promised land. Ethereum is the future and many companies are building on their blockchain. Bitmine plans to own more than 5% of the total network.
3. $SOFI - banking is changing and fintechs are the future. They plan to be a top 10 banking institution in the U.S. they are extremely profitable and growth is trending higher.
4. $HOOD - Robinhood is the future of investing/banking/betting and will offer tools and services that help people increase their wealth. They are also growing like crazy.
5. $RKLB - SpaceX and rocketlab are the two space related companies you must own. Rocketlab is the only public company you can own today. They are the picks and shovels of the space industry.
6. $EOSE - Tesla is a battery machine and so is this company. EOSE is building batteries much like Tesla and is based solely in the U.S. the industry they’re in is only growing and will continue for the foreseeable future.
7. $IREN - They are company that is building in the data center business. They own the land, the infrastructure and the energy. Data centers are a massive business currently and IREN will be at the forefront of this.
8. $HIMS - healthcare in America is ever evolving and HIMS is creating a platform, creating products that will help millions. This is a company that has untapped potential.
9. $NVDA - Every company has Nvidia products. They can’t make GPUs fast enough with the demand they are getting. Jensen is leading this company in the right direction. This is a cash cow.
10. $PLTR - if your sole purpose of creating a business is being able to make other businesses more efficient and profitable, you’ll be rewarded handsomely. That’s exactly what Palantir does. Their technology is best in class and they are on track for becoming a trillion dollar business.
What does your top 10 look like? 👀
This is my performance in a mock stock-draft I am competing in with some friends.
So far, currently in first place by a few percentage points.
Total return since 6/16 is 31% with the competition timeline being one year.
I want to break down how I constructed this ETF and would love to hear perspectives on the setup. I couldn't get every name I wanted because it was a draft but this was the rationale behind how I picked the names:
1. Bull Market Theme -- $PLTR, $HOOD, $TSLA
I don't know how I ended up getting these 3 names, but it was clear to me that if we get into a rate cutting cycle and continue gaining momentum in a bull market, then these 3 would be massive winners. They also are 3 of my favorite companies in the entire stock market so I think although they will be volatile, they should continue to help the ETF over the next year.
Simple one sentence thesis on all 3:
$HOOD -- democratized financial services for everyone
$PLTR -- the operating system of the West
$TSLA - physical AI, embodied via robotaxis and humanoids
2. Semiconductor Theme -- $AMD $NBIS
AMD and Nebius have become massive winners as the demand for inference and datacenters are only going higher. AMD was a pick I made based on their continued growth in the overall AI ecosystem, hard to deny them with Lisa Su being a rockstar and Zucks willing to pay whatever is necessary for their chips.
Nebius was picked because of my YT chat spamming to pick it...it's worked out pretty well so far and the $20B MSFT deal only proves how much room they have to grow.
3. Financial Theme -- $JPM $V
JP Morgan is simply a powerhouse and if I was going to be a bit safer and pick a bank, it was going to be JP Morgan. I figured this one could return well but also could keep the portfolio relatively stable, rate cuts have continued to be a tailwind for financials. Now, $V Visa was actually a mistake in my opinion. It is one of two stocks that are negative. I didn't expect a massive move and bought it more as a hedge incase high-beta took a dip, but I also didn't realize that stablecoins posed a perceptual threat to their business. As I've learned more about stablecoins, I don't actually think they will hurt $V, in fact I think they will only accelerate Visa's core business, but it is one name that I am happy is only down 2% as I didn't expect the stablecoin theme to be a narrative issue for this company.
4. Misunderstood Theme -- $GRAB
I have done a decent amount of work on this company. At $4.71, I picked it for my mock ETF but also I added heavily to the name in my personal account. I continue to believe Grab is a compounding machine in Southeast Asia, Anthony Tan (CEO) is a rockstar, and that their reaccelerating growth story is only going to get stronger. I have a public PT of $10 by 2027.
5. Unwanted Mag 7 Theme -- $AAPL
I have had plenty to criticize on Apple over the past few years, but at $198, it just felt hard to say we would have a bull market and Apple wouldn't participate in it. Apple was left near the end of the draft and the simple logic around $100B in buybacks, AI Siri eventually coming to 2B people, and an iPhone upgrade cycle made it an easy mag 7 pick for the ETF at the depressed levels it was at.
6. The Unfortunate Worst Pick -- $DUOL
I picked Duolingo at the beautiful price of $475 because I wanted another growth play. Looking back, there were so many other names to pick from. I knew that their DAU/MAU/Revenue growth metrics all were above 40%, the problem is I really didn't see this "AI destroying language learning" narrative as something that would take the stock down as aggressively as it did. In fact, I thought that $474 wasn't a horrible price given it fell from $530, but that's how the market is. To be honest, I don't love the name but I think the "DUOL is over" stuff is a bit aggressive, any basic reversion to my average would help the ETF given the performance of the other names so I want to say this is closer to the bottom, but I also can't deny that the name trades at a premium and any bad execution could tank it badly and hurt the ETF.
Thoughts on the ETF?
If you had to pick 10 names to construct your own ETF, which names would you try to consolidate to?

What is Delta in Options Trading?
Delta is like the speedometer in your car
It tells you how fast the car is moving
A .90 delta option has its foot on the gas
While…
The 0.10 delta option is driving at a speed to barely keep the car moving

A few reminders about options trading & investing:
✅ It’s important to buy shares of stocks you want to own (not just sell puts)🔥
✅ Don’t be afraid of assignments on good stocks when you sell puts 💰
✅ Don’t sell Covered Calls on ALL your LONG TERM shares💰💰💰
Dear Option Sellers…
