@clubmahindra tricked me into paying membership fee & denying refund or utilisation of holidays for paid amount coz i stopped my EMIs in between. Invested Rs. ~50K for nothing. The sales guy lied through policies and member experience team hides behind policies.

Mail threads going on for months to resolve my issue but no help. Had to cancel membership for personal reasons but their sales guy told me to pay 2 EMIs atleast to be ELIGIBLE for refund. Later the CX team says there’s no such policy and we made a fool out of you.
