@Rogers hey Rogers! I have just had an unbelievably aggravating and surreal experience with your customer service. TLDR: person #1 kept me on the phone over 2 hours before finally committing to a thing*. Person #2 assured me there was no way I would have been given the thing*.
But the second I confirmed I was filing a complaint and looking for the Rogers Ombuds contact info, i was told the thing would happen within 3 days.
Really looking forward to any follow-up chats.
*the thing: waiving predatory cancellation fees for a contact I did not sign.
