Just like Judicial overreach, UPSC interview boards have done their own kind of overreach.

They can scan people inside out like a machine and decide whether you’re capable or not in 30 minutes.

If these panelists are also made the authority for selecting the right person for key govt positions, India will become a first world country. Such good is their powers to scan a person.

It will take less than a month for them to make India free of red tape, corruption etc.

Wonder why are they not given such powers immediately.

UPSC Interview process is a joke. Someone needs to do a personality test of the chairmen of the interview boards.

Last year (2023), Dasa Sir gave 195 marks.
This year (2024), the same board with Dasa Sir gave 165 marks in PT .
Missed the Final Cut off by 13 marks.
