@JLCPCB disappointed with you. Currently 7 days after my PCB was fully approved for fab and the boards aren't even started yet. What happened? You used to be so consistently reliable!
@rheem_water the last 2 days my heat pump hasn't followed schedule; in the app the "follow schedule" switch is off, but if you turn it on it turns itself off again. Help! Don't want any more cold showers :(
@TMFanSupport your new "feature" that requires your TM login email to match your iCloud email for passes to work in Apple wallet sucks for those of us who don't use the same email for everything. Why was this changed?
@virginmedia With an 8 hour time difference, this is not easy. 3pm = 7am my time. But, you know, email works really well here, probably even better than a chat. Do virgin really have no ability to use email?
@virginmedia I did an email change then password reset on my account and... I'm now able to access someone else's account on https://t.co/U67HF2LjRg. Seems like a serious security issue. Have sent details to [email protected] so I do hope that's a mailbox someone reads...
@virginmedia If it helps, the reference on the email change was KMM96769640V28929L0KM and the one on the password reset, where it addressed me by the wrong name, was KMM96770391V29557L0KM. So I guess the breakage happened sometime between those two events if you're log-diving.
@virginmedia Still have access to a guy in Preston's Virgin media account (and not mine), simply by changing the email associated with my account. No link to web chat received from you, so how are we going to resolve this?

@virginmedia Itβs for my virgin media login. I get statements to the new address but it wonβt let me login without verifying, and the verification process is broken - even if I click the link the instant it arrives, Iβm told it has expired.
@virginmedia Iβve been trying to change my login email for a week now. Automated system doesnβt work (verification emails are pre-expired, it seems) and support claim to have fixed but I still canβt login with the new address. Help!
