Here’s @dhh (Creator of Ruby on Rails & Omarchy, cofounder of 37 Signals) on why using AI agents does not feel like being a Project Manager:
“When I was on that Lex interview last summer, I was saying: I don't want to be a project manager for agents because I had the mental model of a project manager of humans, and that's not what I enjoy. I don't want to be that far away from the production. I want to be in the mix. I want to have my hands in the code.
What I failed to realise at the time was that running a bunch of agents feels less like being a project manager for agents and more like stepping into this super mech suit, where suddenly I don't just have two arms, I have 12. I can now look at seven screens at the same time, running five keyboards. I'm still the one doing it, even if I'm not typing ‘this’ as a keyword in a program.
I have been hyper accelerated as a programmer. It's a different kind of programmer, but it still has the same affinity to aesthetics, at least when I'm producing Ruby code, and I'm able to combine that while being vastly more productive on a bunch of things.”

Open source, MIT license, let me know if it works for you. It's just one paste to install it on your local Claude Code, and it's a 2nd one to install it in your repo for your teammates.
I'm Boris and I created Claude Code. Lots of people have asked how I use Claude Code, so I wanted to show off my setup a bit.
My setup might be surprisingly vanilla! Claude Code works great out of the box, so I personally don't customize it much. There is no one correct way to use Claude Code: we intentionally build it in a way that you can use it, customize it, and hack it however you like. Each person on the Claude Code team uses it very differently.
So, here goes.

Last week of homeschooling. I decided to ditch the books this week and make it our own. One week of robots and skateboards. Today and yesterday - building the robot. Tomorrow we start programming it. #robots… https://t.co/Vnv20MlVnH
