3 weeks ago I was actively suicidal. I had lost all of my protective factors. I was severely depressed. I couldnโt hold a conversation. I couldnโt eat or sleep.
Am I healed? No! But, I am well on my way to becoming a little more whole.

Admin, it may be extra work, but check on your staff individually. Group check-ins are good,but the ones really struggling may not want to speak up in a group setting. Teachers, also check on each other, especially if you know someone is having a tough time. Everyone is exhausted
