Rig Veda the first book of oldest religion, hiduism, existed before Judaism-Christianity and Galileo.:
Rig Veda 10.22.14, "This Earth is devoid of hands and legs, yet it moves ahead. All the objects over the Earth also move with it. It moves around the Sun.
According to the Hindu Scriptures Earth is approximately 4.32 Billion years which is also Science believes Earth is over 4 Billion years old.

Earth is Round Shape
Yajur Veda Chapter 3 verse number 6 “ Earth is in a round form, Which revolves around the sun on it’s own speed”

Light of the Moon comes from the Sun
Yajur veda Chapter 23 Verse number 10 “Moon doesn’t has it’s own light, But sun gives it light”

Bhagavata Purana (5.21.9) and the Aitareya Brahmana (Rigveda 3.44) describe the sun as creating day on one side of the globe while it is simultaneously night on the diametrically opposite side, implying a curved or spherical surface.

1. In early 1984, Semiconductor Complex Limited in Mohali, a government owned facility began semiconductor production producing indigenous chips when India was still in the early stages of semiconductor manufacturing.

2. On 7 February 1989, a major and unexplained fire destroyed the plant's main production line. The incident severely disrupted India's pioneering semiconductor manufacturing effort.

3. Tamil Nadu later became a major Apple manufacturing hub through Foxconn and Pegatron, particularly around Chennai and Sriperumbudur.

4. China recalls its Foxconn engineers. Foxconn recalled hundreds of Chinese engineers from its facilities in TN and KA, greatly impacting iPhone manufacturing and display module assembly units.

5. Pegatron's Chennai facility temporarily halted production after a fire in September 2023.

6. In September 2024, a Tata Electronics facility in Tamil Nadu producing iPhone components suffered a major fire.

7. The Sterlite Copper smelter at Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu, operated by Vedanta, had an annual refined copper capacity of approximately 400,000 tonnes.

8. In 2018, the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board refused renewal of the plant's consent to operate, and the facility closed.

9. India went from being a net exporter of refined copper in 2017 to a net importer in 2018.

10. On 3 July 2023, China announced export controls on gallium and germanium and their compounds, with the restrictions coming into effect on 1 August 2023.

11. Gallium and germanium are strategically important materials used in SEMICONDUCTOR manufacturing, telecommunications, electronics, solar technology, electric vehicles and certain defence applications.

Now after reading this, again focus on Ashiwini Vaishnav's statement that India's growing semiconductor and electronics ecosystem faces a "target on its back" from established global forces.

Before May 2018, India was largely self-reliant in Refined Copper Cathodes (HS 740311). In FY18, we exported a massive 378,000 tonnes while importing just 36,000 tonnes. We were earning vital foreign exchange.

Then came the closure of the Sterlite Thoothukudi plant, which instantly wiped out 400,000 tonnes/year of domestic smelting capacity. The flip was violent and immediate. Fast forward to FY24: our exports have crashed to a mere 28,000 tonnes, while imports have skyrocketed to a record 363,000 tonnes. We went from net exporters to deeply import-dependent overnight.

You should be asking why A 5-star hotel charges ₹500–700 for a coffee and ₹20,000–50,000 for a room because you’re paying for far more than coffee or a bed.

Then why do we pretend healthcare infrastructure should somehow operate for free?

Patients entering corporate hospitals expect the best doctors, trained nurses available immediately, 24×7 emergency care, ICUs, expensive equipment, infection control, private rooms and premium infrastructure.

Who pays for all of this?

India doesn’t have universal healthcare. Private hospitals aren’t endlessly subsidised by the government. Yet we expect them to invest hundreds of crores, pay thousands of employees, maintain expensive infrastructure—and then apologise for making a profit.

If a hospital cheats patients, overcharges deceptively or follows unethical practices, investigate it and punish it brutally.

But stop confusing profitability with profiteering.

A profitable hospital isn’t automatically an unethical hospital.

If we demonise every hospital that makes money, don’t be surprised when nobody wants to invest in building good hospitals.

@Tukaram_IndIAS Idiotic post. Hospitals need to make profit for survival and they charge on patients through so many ways. They are not retailers of consumables to compare the MRP and amount charged to the patient. If idiotic IAS officers interfere in this, hospitals will be closed.
