I'm not removing blame from Tanguy, he still was responsible for the goal. But 100% a foul. The problem was the refs positioning was awful and no VAR.

2. What groups? The mujahidin groups consisted of 2 main categories: The native mujahidin and what they called the Afghan Arabs (like Osama Binladin). After the war ended with the native mujahidin, sitting on large amounts of weapons, became the Taliban.

The leaders of the Mujahidin later created the Taliban, Alqaeda, and even ISIL. So no... The cold war and therefore the US can be [somewhat] blamed for the Taliban.

@STriteos @chazbobb We've built a stadium. Arsenal and other clubs also went through a similar period of low spending when they built their stadiums. Enic also built the Spurs brand on the international stage during this period. These factors will definitely fund sustainable higher spending.
