Definitely needs a well-defined plan for organization, a clean-up for alignment, organizational training and on-going maintenance in order to make it "knowledge".

Today I told two patients with metastatic colorectal cancer I have to postpone their liver resections next week. One broke down and cried into her arms. I feel like I failed them. Please, please get vaccinated and wear a mask to stay out of the hospital.
@rhappe YES!!! I recently pointed this out to a manager that this is the point of having so many collaboration tools available - the ability to carry on discussions without the need to be in a physical "meeting" 24x7.
