Margin couldn't rise if homes sitting on the market. Kaz would know first if, he has all data. I don't think he lies

@jeffye888 @nejatian On the other hand he told me last week to improve contribution margin every quarter. That doesn't sound like Q3 will get worse with houses sitting. And they have pretty good AI to forecast now that should've told him margin will be fine in Q2 when giving guidance.
