Went to look at photos and had no idea what we were doing. Guy refused to speak to us and didn’t make eye contact just kept pointing. I asked why he was being so rude and not speaking to us and he said ‘i pointed, I’m busy’ (he was doing something on his screen)

Shocking experience at @UniversalORL Volcano Bay today. Waited 160 mins for ride, to be next in line when it closes due to lightening and staff cheered and danced! When we’ve paid almost $300 for the day it’s disgusting behaviour.
