Safety at work is a constitutional right, a right under employment act, OSH act, yet workers are exposed to hazards at the workplace, sustains injuries that forces the worker to leave the job(economy) - pushing them into poverty and vulnerability.
Despite the law(s) guarantees compensations, and risk elimination/reduction/protections- no progress has been made.

Unsafe workplace is a risk to the community.

It has larger economic and social impacts. Workers must unite.

It silences the voices of the working class - strips the right to 'collevtivism' and places blocks to prevent building power within the working class- maintaining the status quo.
While absolutely, nothing has been done to uphold the law.

The heavy political influence, control of power - over the workers - not only takeaway their right to basic human decency but also dismantle the healthcare system.
