I love my house (rented) in Pune. It has a lot of open space, a backyard, a front yard. Thousands of birds come to chirp and wake us up.
But this room is where I would have loved to die.
Has my library, my PC setup and ample light.
I had put this up on the door when I found my space in that room.
I keep paying the rent of that house, mostly for this room.

How is this fair ?

I book a flight using concierge at @HDFCBank_Cares for BLR to Mumbai. I have to travel with a kid, purposely pay more to book a flight that flies during the day time and not late night on @goibibo . The @flyspicejet flight gets delayed by 5 hours.

As per the @DGCAIndia rules I am entitled to a full refund. I tell my concierge at HDFC to cancel, get a refund and book another flight. This time @AkasaAir, very smooth experience.

Now forward to 15 days ahead. I have still not received my refund. @GoibiboSupport says they will cut the convenience fee. When I ask them for money, they say that we haven't received from @flyspicejet , better talk to them.

Here are my questions.
1. If the company (here @goibibo ) is holding my money more than that they can, why aren't they liable to pay any interest ? While I would have to if I was doing the same.
2. What gives them the right to keep convenience fee when they are not even providing the service of getting me the refund ?
3. What is the concierge there for ?
4. Why doesnt any one check what Spicejet is smoking ?
