@misalpavv If you remove his name from statement, anyone call the statement kiddish and amateur.
Its a safe personal right to decide if you want kids or not, the reason he is giving , he himself has not gone through it well before saying it
@ashes_ashish@indpndntindian@prashantd2@_KiranRajput To add to your point here, over 80% people that take loan for 20 years, repay it in 10-12 years. Since income increases, bonuses, job shifts etc. so you save big time on interest as well. And in some cases people move back to their hometown / parents house, then you earn rent.
@indpndntindian@ashes_ashish@prashantd2@_KiranRajput ok, what after 20 years, still not buy home ? you live more than 20 years right, so continue paying rent or eventually consider buying a house. What is your sincere suggestion after paying 20 years of rent.
@ashes_ashish@indpndntindian@prashantd2@_KiranRajput My biggest learning and answer to this discussion would be, buy a home, be it super small, as soon in life as you can. No matter if it is outskirts, or doesnt match your standards, as you can always upgrade later. Buy a house, first thing right after you start working.
@indpndntindian@prashantd2@_KiranRajput this sounds very simple when you are a student or kid. When you have a family, its a whole different game. Distance to office, distance to kids school, distance to hospital, rent budgeting, behavior of new landlord, it isnt easy. Owning a home, is a joy like no other.
@prashantd2@_KiranRajput 1 crore flat in 20 yrs is gng to be more
&, imagine nvr own a place to stay, kids being told to not touch the wall, wife being told to not decorate, not buying furniture coz this house isnt yours, the day landlord sells, u r thrwn out. having basics covered is above maths.
