We don't live in a perfect world so I have learned a few street smart skills which help us navigate through high crime areas.
1. Avoid high crime areas and dimly lit streets. Always go with the high traffic areas even it means more time and fule.
2. Don't put valuables out -
@TheSaadKaiser It's well noted phenomenon that prices are sticky downwards, I hope you knew. But this is exactly why we need strong property rights and a business friendly environment so competition drives away any exorbitant profits.
@YousufNazar Yeah but there must be limits to this, investors should have risk, riskless 14% is not a business it's a bond. Even if you intend to write them a bond, make it 3 years then let them fend for themselves.
@minoqtopus Fixed pay won't work for business owners, if your requirements aren't fixed. On weekends you may see 1000 customers and barely 80 on a Tuesday. So they need flexibility. Plus all employees aren't equal.
@LassiKangz I didn't talk about costs, nobody said corruption didn't happen in land acquisition, they all were arrested and money was recovered but point is job of provincial government is done for the most part, now federal government needs to step up.
@zniazi75 Y'all are too lazy to see the opportunities. Pakistan lacks alot of first world things that can be replicated here. Non of you stops and thinks what if we didn't have to import this? You can raise capital. Nobody said it's easy but it's possible.
@hashurtag Let's define riba, it's not charging money on lending money. It charges late payment fees, which is no different from "shariah compliant banks". This isn't my just my understanding, imam Malik understood the same.
@0007_Romeo I know a guy with 2 wives and 3 kids on that salary, prolly can't afford to give pocket money but he keeps them well fed, clothes and roof over their head.
