The hardest decisions don't come with enough data.
If they did...
Anyone could make them.
Leadership begins where certainty ends.
I've noticed something over the years.
The best leaders don't wait for perfect information.
They gather enough.
Think deeply.
Decide.
Then own the outcome.
Waiting feels safe.
But waiting is also a decision.
Sometimes, the most expensive one.
The quality of your life and career is often the quality of the decisions you don't postpone.
Agree or disagree?

This is massiveeeee. 🤯
SpaceX just signed a deal where Google pays them $920 MILLION every single month. Not for rockets. Not for Starlink. For renting the computing power that runs AI.
Google is basically paying SpaceX to use 110,000 of their high-end chips to train and run AI models. From October 2026 through June 2029. Total value: roughly $30 billion.
And this is their SECOND deal. Last month they signed a $1.25 billion per month deal with Anthropic for the same thing.
Combined, SpaceX is now making ~$26 billion a year just from renting the machines that power AI.
A rocket company just became one of the biggest AI infrastructure providers on the planet. Right before what could be the largest IPO in history.
The AI race isn't just about who builds the best model anymore. It's about who owns the machines.
And right now, that's SpaceX.
How many shutdowns are good to have in a month in Navi Mumbai?
Sad state of affairs in water works of @midc_india and @NMMConline have failed to serve citizens.
@midc_india there is no outward number in this circular, this is a regular practice now. Can you confirm authenticity of this communication.
@CMOMaharashtra@PMOIndia wondering if any of these careless officials get reviewed for repeated outages. We have to rely on tanker Mafia to survive.

The Great Workforce Paradox — AI is creating jobs AND a mass anxiety crisis simultaneously
52% of the global workforce is job hunting right now.
80% of them feel completely unprepared.
And AI just added 1.3 million new jobs.
Something doesn’t add up.
Hiring in advanced economies is sitting 20–35% below pre-pandemic levels.
Yet in India it’s up 40%. In the UAE, 37%.
The jobs aren’t gone.
They moved. And they changed shape.
AI is erasing roughly 16,000 net U.S. jobs every month in 2026.
But here’s what the headline misses:
AI substitution wipes out about 25,000 jobs per month. AI augmentation adds back about 9,000. The roles AI replaces are not the roles AI creates.
That gap — 16,000 jobs a month — is not a statistic.
It’s 16,000 human identity crises every 30 days.
BlackRock Chairman Larry Fink warned of a “bifurcated workforce” — where the benefits of AI accrue narrowly to those who own the technology or possess high-level creative and strategic skills, leaving a large portion of the labor market behind.
This is the real crisis.
Not automation. Divergence.
Workers who can demonstrate AI fluency now earn an average of 56% more than peers in comparable roles without those skills.
This premium spans marketing, finance, law, HR, and operations — not just engineering.
56% more. Same job. Different skill layer.
That’s not a wage gap. That’s a new caste system forming in real time.
And yet — a 70% year-over-year increase in U.S. job postings now require AI literacy. Meanwhile, 53% of employees plan to learn AI skills proactively in the next six months.
The workforce knows what’s happening.
They just don’t know how fast they have to move.
LinkedIn career expert Brendan Wong said it plainly:
“Whether you’re in tech, business, or creative industries — building AI literacy and staying open to new skills will be key to future-proofing your career.”
But I’ll go further.
AI literacy is not the floor anymore. It’s the entry ticket.
And the door is closing faster than any institution — school, government, or corporation — is moving to keep it open.
The WEF projects 170 million new jobs by 2030 — a net gain of 78 million globally. But 59% of the global workforce will need reskilling to qualify for them.
We have four years.
Most organisations have four-year parking strategies, not reskilling strategies.
That’s the real emergency.
💬 Here’s the question I want every leader reading this to sit with:
If your entire team had to re-interview for their jobs today — with AI as the benchmark — how many would make the cut?
Don’t answer out loud. Just act on it.
If this made you uncomfortable and then gave you clarity — that’s exactly the point. Pass it forward.

Most people don’t realize…
Nearly 60% of VC returns come from just ~6% of deals in a fund.
Yet VCs still sit on 20–40 boards.
Translation: they’re hunting outliers, not managing averages.
Why this matters
If you’re not showing outlier potential, you’re competing in the wrong game.

Under the directives of the President of the UAE, we launch a new government model. Within two years, 50% of government sectors, services, and operations will run on Agentic AI, making the UAE the first government globally to operate at this scale through autonomous systems.
AI is no longer a tool. It analyses, decides, executes, and improves in real time. It will become our executive partner to enhance services, accelerate decisions, and raise efficiency.
This transformation has a clear timeline. Two years. Performance across government will be measured by speed of adoption, quality of implementation, and mastery of AI in redesigning government work.
We are investing in our people. Every federal employee will be trained to master AI, building one of the world’s strongest capabilities in AI-driven government.
Implementation will be overseen by Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed, with a dedicated taskforce chaired by Mohammad Al Gergawi driving execution.
The world is changing. Technology is accelerating. Our principle remains constant. People come first. Our goal is a government that is faster, more responsive, and more impactful.
@BrianRoemmele@grok I am a premium subscriber but most of the time i get grok busy. This is happening since last one month or so. I am a basic user, wondering what’s the issue.
Today's scoreboard:
Anthropic — $380B valuation
OpenAI — $40B check incoming
Meta — 700 humans, out
Nobody fired for building AI.
Nobody hired to replace what AI is replacing.
We are not in a tech boom.
We are in a labor compression event dressed up as a funding cycle.
The VCs are thrilled.
Ask your employees how they feel.
AI agents won't replace your employees.
They'll replace the version of your company that still needs 40 people to do what 4 can do with agents.
The real question isn't "will AI take jobs?"
It's: which founders are already operating at 10× headcount efficiency — and haven't told you yet?
Most companies think money motivates people.
Behavioral science says otherwise.
According to Dan Pink’s famous TED talk, the real drivers of performance are:
• Autonomy
• Mastery
• Purpose
This is why startups often outperform large companies.
They give people ownership, learning, and mission.
Maybe the question isn’t
“How do we pay people more?”
But
“How do we design work people care about?”

@AmazonHelp Wondering why @PhilipsTVsIndia is taking time for a simple task like installation…. @philips can you intervene? @philipscare how can you beat Japanese and Koreans if you don’t offer same standard of service.
@PhilipsTVsIndia I have purchased 8100 series 75 inch TV from Amazon. Kindly send engineer to install at the earliest.
@AmazonHelp Please help in expediting the installation.
The installation scheduled has been cancelled today. Hence our enthusiasm to view the new TV has been put off. This is sad. I have tried customer care team at Amazon but they are helpless. Despite of their escalation there is no progress on ground. I am concerned about quality and speed of support in future.
