🚨 URGENT MEDICAL HELP NEEDED — PLEASE INTERVENE 🚨

My brother Mohd Mustafa, 22, from Sri Ram Nagar, Yousufguda, met with a severe accident on 10 August 2026 near Punjagutta Flyover.

He was initially admitted to Gandhi Hospital, Hyderabad, where we did not receive a proper response or clear information for almost two days. We later shifted him to NIMS, Punjagutta on 12 August 2026.

It has now been more than 4 days since the accident. His condition is extremely serious. Both his hands and both his legs are currently not functioning, and he is suffering from severe and unbearable pain.

At NIMS, scans have been done and doctors have advised neurosurgery, but despite his serious condition and unbearable pain, the surgery has still not been performed.

Whenever we ask about the surgery, we are told that there are many pending emergency cases and that they cannot tell us when his surgery will happen.

We understand that hospitals have multiple emergency cases and doctors have to prioritise patients according to medical urgency. But it has already been more than 4 days, his hands and legs are not functioning, and he is in severe pain. We are extremely worried that further delay could put his health at greater risk.

The behaviour of some hospital staff has also been extremely distressing. When we ask about his treatment and surgery, we are sometimes not given proper responses and are being scolded instead of being calmly informed about his condition.

We are not asking anyone to ignore other emergency patients. We are urgently requesting the concerned authorities and senior doctors to review his case and ensure that his required neurosurgery is performed as soon as medically possible without unnecessary delay.

🙏 Please don't let more valuable time pass. He is suffering unbearable pain and both his hands and legs are not functioning.

If his condition worsens while we are waiting, who will take responsibility?

The road at the below location has become extremely dangerous due to huge potholes hidden under stagnant water and overflowing drainage water.

Because the potholes are completely submerged, motorists, cyclists, and pedestrians cannot see them, resulting in frequent accidents and risking serious injuries or even loss of life.

Who will be responsible if someone loses their life because of this negligence? Will the authorities take responsibility after a tragedy occurs?

We request @GHMCOnline @CommissionrGHMC @ZC_Khairatabad @TelanganaCMO immediately inspect this location, repair the potholes, rectify the drainage issue, and restore the road to ensure public safety. Citizens deserve safe roads, not dangerous traps.
