[Backstory: Born June 20, 1936 in Chicago, he grew up in Florida (mainly the Miami area). As a teenager he wanted to be a disc jockey they even called him “HP the Cool One”, but building his own ham radio got him hooked on science and electronics. He earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Florida in 1958, then completed his master’s there in 1960 while working at Sperry on electron beam systems. After a stint as a Navy officer assigned to the NSA (where he worked on optical computing technology), he went to Stanford University. In 1967 he received his PhD in electrical engineering with a thesis on the stimulated Raman effect and its use as a tunable laser. He later co authored the graduate textbook Fundamentals of Quantum Electronics, which became a standard reference and was translated into several languages. He also held patents on tunable lasers and electron beam devices and supervised PhD students at Stanford.]
• 1972: Stanford physicist runs the experiment with Ingo Swann that kicks off the entire CIA remote viewing program at SRI.
• Next 13 years: He directs it. Works directly with Pat Price, Ingo Swann, Joe McMoneagle. The program becomes Stargate.
• 1985 onward: Leaves SRI and goes deep into zero-point energy, advanced propulsion, and exotic physics at his own institute.

After the last release, the Pentagon confirmed they are “actively working on the next” batch. The pattern has been roughly every 2–3 weeks, which puts the next window right around July 31.
Rumors circulating right now:

yeah I think AI can be used for good, but I'm not a fan of it doing pretty much the teachers job as far as grading these days.. I know because I have kids in school and some teachers don't back to see if there may be some kind of mistake.. and just gives them the grade regardless... anyway I just wish education would of taught us about ourselves and the truth.. but we still struggle with the truth today

🔥 AATIP was never the deep black program they sold us.
After the funded AAWSAP contract ended, what continued under the AATIP name was basically an informal working group.
No dedicated budget.
No formal program authority.
No SAP protection.
The early narrative made it sound like a serious, structured Pentagon effort with real institutional weight. It wasn’t.
It was thinner than that, motivated people coordinating on the side more than a protected, resourced program.
The real programs were always deeper, older, and far better protected than whatever AATIP actually was.
