I’m a little misty-eyed…Today, I got back my main account, @hidingintheburg! (had been erroneously suspended as "spam") Thank You to my Twitter angel, you know who you are. 😇

This acct will stay open, as always, but I’ll be active back over at home base from this point on.

[hiding2 @hidinginPgh]

@hidingintheburg Reminder that for couple months late 2022-early 2023, I was on this acct, not the other. #TheTrews

@Witty_or_Not Shoot me back a quick Reply, just to show this goofy algorithm that I'm not a bot. xo

Nothing to see, move along. Just logging in on this alt account so it doesn't get deleted as inactive. 👋👋

@Witty_or_Not You and Bear trying to convince me it was really, really unusual for it to be that hot. And then the next summer it did the exact same thing. You were so busted!

[hiding2 @hidinginPgh]

@Witty_or_Not You see one ystdy on Babcock going into Regent Sq., now this in Squirrel Hill. Things happen in 3's - where's the next east end big tree down? 🤔

[WPXI Traffic @WPXITraffic]

DOWNED TREE and WIRES along Beechwood Boulevard in the area Phillips Avenue - not too far from Blue Slide Park. No lanes are blocked at this time. #WPXI #WPXITraffic

Low 70s earlier this week, today 40s with sprinkles into 30s with flurries. Hence, the cloud drama this morning. #Pittsburgh

[hiding2 @hidinginPgh]

Also, some of what was in that box to make ya smile. vroom vroom! 😎

[hiding2 @hidinginPgh]

@U2Nurse He knows and does it just for you. 😚

[Ryan Deto @RyanDeto]

A geography reminder for us Pittsburghers, the Ohio River flows DOWN into the state of Ohio. We are many miles upstream from the train derailment, which occurred at a creek that eventually runs into the Ohio River at the PA-Ohio line.

Boosting legit request from legit local journalist:

[Meg St-Esprit @MegStEsprit]

Hello local friends (and others!) - I am looking to talk to parents of young kids in and around the #EastPalestineOhio area - in the town itself, Negly, Enon Valley, Darlington, Unity, etc. Columbiana and Beaver Counties, specifically. @PRJournoRequest #retweet #journorequest

Dr. Bruce Ovbiagele of the American Stroke Association said 1/3 of stroke survivors experience depression & the highest risk of depression is the first year following a stroke. He said Fetterman being proactive & seeking treatment is highly recommended https://t.co/mhShP82dxV

Someone please tell @clairecmc that abortions are a right, not only in cases of rape or abuse, but in cases of "just cuz" and that WHY doesn't matter. 😡

[hiding2 @hidinginPgh]

Grateful for the good and brave leaders we have here in PA that are setting examples for others in a lot of ways. Take care, @JohnFetterman. You, too, @SenBobCasey. And thank you, @GovernorShapiro.

[Governor Josh Shapiro @GovernorShapiro]

We're taking steps to independently verify our water quality after Norfolk Southern's train derailment.

We continue to see no concerning air or water quality readings in PA — but as we work to hold @NSCorp accountable, we'll ensure you have clean water and info you need.

[Governor Josh Shapiro @GovernorShapiro]

When an execution warrant comes to my desk, I will sign a reprieve each and every time.

But I want to go further.

I’m respectfully calling on the General Assembly to send me a bill abolishing the death penalty in Pennsylvania.
