2. Feels weird that “reporters” can refer to both people who cover small city council meetings and people who have talent agents.

IT'S OFFICIAL: Amendment D will remain VOID, the Utah Supreme Court unanimously ruled. The language will stay on the ballot but no votes cast will count.
The justices DID say voters should have the right to vote on this. But the way the state went about it was wrong.
Breaking: Judge has RULED that Amendment D is VOID.
From my understanding, the language will be on the ballot but will not be counted. However, the state could appeal to the Utah Supreme Court.
Abortion is still legal in Utah up to 18 weeks of pregnancy. In a 4-1 ruling this morning, the Utah Supreme Court ruled that @ppacutah does have standing to challenge the state’s so-called abortion “trigger law.” The case goes back to lower court.
