@ring And it doesn’t recognized batteries. Put freshly charged batteries in and 1 or both don’t register. Have to keep playing with it & usually only 1 is recognized. Such crap. You went backwards in design & function! Replacing with blink or arlo—done with @ring

@ring Just replaced my spotlight camera that just quit with/newer model—it’s terrible. Why did you change design of the battery door to a twist instead of keeping the button drop down door!! It’s a real pain to get off & back on. And you changed to mount so I can’t use that 🤬
