@BLouu I’ll be honest I read yours first and thought all you said was how the helly, then I saw his post spelling it out and that’s when I did the stank face
Lived with a family with a baby that would do blood curdling screams for hours and hours everyday, I know they were trying their best and there really weren't any answers.
A year later and the kid is walking around just fine and happy, I think you're good. Doesn't mean incompetence in the slightest and if you're stressing over it it just means your head is in the right place. Good luck
A line that repeats non-stop in my head, while at the gym:
is Dorian Yates saying:
“If it’s in your capacity… it won’t change you.”
Heard it once. Has kicked my ass ever since.
You hear it during every rep of every set.
No bitching out. Push PAST.
Applies to so many facets.
@T3Uncoupled Agree so much, more and more movies and books are doing this and I can't help but roll my eyes. "OMG did they just hallucinate the whole thing?? *WINK WINK*
Sooo clever, yeah right

It’s time for the next round of Ecom, pod was a good try but it didn’t work out and now it’s back to my roots with a renewed vigor. I have money saved up and I’m ready to fire more shots
The power of compound interest is vastly underestimated by the human brain. Consistency beats sprint hustle every day. How come you look at some ppl “they didn’t even work hard!”. You’re right. But they showed up EVERYDAY no matter what. 30 min everyday for a week working on something beats working 12 hours one day a week.
You can actually get what you want without working too hard. Just do a little bit everyday. For years. Can chill along the way. When the opportunity opens itself you can sprint for a day.
It’s the reason these zoomers will never actually make it. “I’m escaping the matrix and getting a Bugatti!”. Well, no you are not. Because you get motivation after watching a Tate video. Too much ADHD. I will focus just for a little everyday no matter what. And get what i want.
And the thing with this strategy: you can apply it to multiple things at once. Meaning you can get in shape and get rich and become an artist all at once. But the mindset needs to change. You can’t go too hard. You can’t do Chris bumstead workout routine and then think ur getting rich.
Calm. Relaxed. Focused. Only worrying about the right things. Outsourcing every thing in your life and business that wastes time.
The goal is to live a life where you NEVER are doing things you don’t want to do. 30 minutes light workouts feel good never hard. 2-3 hours work feel good not over worked. Few hours in the studio when you feel like it producing. Sleeping chilling doing fun things. You will pick your head up and be like holy shit I just chilled my way to success and completely enjoy it along the way.
“But no you are running out of time escape the matrix!” No you just don’t know how to show up everyday without fucking off and ruining progress. Medium level output but unbelievably consistent is how you win.
