It appears the trick to getting a quick response from @EtihadHelp is to post personal ticket data. Those tweets get responses far quicker than general questions. No sense of any logical order to replying to customers. I get you're busy but 6hrs vs. a few minutes doesn't seem fair

2. What method of communication will you use to contact us to discuss our flights? You say to keep them updated but is it email or telephone? A lot of travellers will have UK roaming off due to high costs of this functionality so we'd not receive phone calls from you. 2/2

Sub-zero temps (nearly) on two trains from Shrewsbury to Barmouth tonight (first taken out of service at Mach). Can see breath! Thanks @tfwrail for the 3rd world condition of the service. Not far off resorting to making a camp fire + toasting marshmallows to keep warm @LSRPlaid

@tfwrail @LSRPlaid 17:29 service from SHR, then made to wait at MCN while they switched the faulty train out. Someone could have at least warmed up the replacement instead of letting us travel in temps below 10 degrees. Feel sorry for your staff too! 🥶

@nsandihelp are there any known issues with the 'pay by bank' option on your website today? The page fails to load when attempting to buy more premium bonds. Looks like you use Ecospend as your provider and their website doesn't load properly either 🤔

Hi @CyngorGwynedd on the 8 Sep a waste lorry caused £2k+ damage to the entrance to our property. Despite providing evidence, logging a ticket online, etc. we're now being ignored. This is unacceptable and it's no way to treat residents. @NiaJeffreys @Plaid_Gwynedd @LSRPlaid
