@himantabiswa Hon'ble CM @himantabiswa the year 2025 was declared as a year of books. Govt employees were encouraged to buy books, Rs. 1000 was to be given as grant by the govt. Books bought, bills submitted yet the grant could not be redeemed as the process was made so complicated.
