@fluxus2@FurkanGozukara@420GHz In America, there should be no such thing as a Pro Iran crowd! The mullah's must die!๐ฟ Islam is a cancer on the entire world!๐คฌ
@RetiredNikitaM@libsoftiktok Well you seem to be the only personally wrong. The guy's not claiming to be transgender. But he definitely is a turd burglar. Which often comes from childhood trauma,, especially by your mother. That's why he seeks validation in male company. He has both Mommy & Daddy issues.
@wienerdogLemon @laurelmmmmm@libsoftiktok This is the classic dysfunctional family dynamic. Except in this case the rules seem to be reversed. He probably had an absent father and a controlling mother. Which gave him daddy issues which is why he looks for validation in men. Hence he became a turd burglar. ๐ฉ
@RuportRedford@BeaverProgram@libsoftiktok Going to hell for what, just a Bible use of deadly force in a clear case of life-threatening events? Even God recognize the inherent right of self-defense. So has the Supreme court. You might want to look up the Supreme Court case of Graham v Connor (1989). He will be exonerated.
@superllama25@mitchellvii @TonyDGianino In the case of Gaylel Frosskreutz, I would also add, that he wasn't entitled to carry the firearm because he was a convicted felon and it's carry permit had been revoked because of it. ๐
@superllama25@mitchellvii @TonyDGianino But wait, there's more! The assistant district attorney actually made a similar statement. That you can't claim self-defense if you're the one who brought the gun. Which totally defeats the purpose of legal concealed carry.๐
@superllama25@mitchellvii @TonyDGianino And it gets even better. If you actually watch the trial, you probably saw the moment when the case went up and flames when Gail Grosskreuts admitted on the stand that he was pointing a gun at Kyle when he was shot.
@superllama25@mitchellvii @TonyDGianino You seem to be leaving out the part that he was acquitted on all charges, including the firearms possession. And his use of force was ruled justifiable.
@mitchellvii @TonyDGianino And that didn't happen either. You have to have your permit on you when you're carrying in minnesota. That's pretty much true in every state.
@mitchellvii Go for starters, as long as you've got a concealed carry permit, there's absolutely nothing illegal about it. Especially since he never pointed the gun at the officers. They only discovered he was carrying after they'd already tackled and disarmed him.
@etheldaylily@TomFitton@SecWar None of the Senators making the statement said to disobey all orders. Just the ones they deem to be illegal. Which is their right under the ucmj. They might get court-martialed, but they'll get their day in court. But the hcmj no longer applies once you're out of uniform.
@etheldaylily@TomFitton@SecWar Nice meme. However it's horse crap. Yes what Lenin did would have been considered sedition at the time because he was opposing the government in its entirety. Saying to disobey the commander-in-chief in all circumstances is the absolute definition of sedition.
@LivingLegend488@TomFitton@SecWar Well I haven't heard that, but I bet you did. Probably from one of your sources whose tin foil hat is probably as tight as yours is and it's clearly cutting off the oxygen to your brain!๐คก
@FloribamaManX@TomFitton@SecWar Except informing service members that they don't have to follow or have the right to question what they believe to be illegal orders, is actually part of the ucmj. It's not sedition.
@KT07210137@TomFitton@SecWar 10 US code section 1370, subsection f, clearly states that they can only be reduced in rank post retirement if the calculation was incorrect or if there was fraud involved in their promotions. Nothing else!
@KT07210137@TomFitton@SecWar Yeah good luck with that. Not going to happen. Kelly just launched a lawsuit against Pistol Pete for this blatantly unconstitutional attempt to limit his free speech rights. And he's probably going to win.๐คช
@SecWar You ought to be ashamed of yourself Pete. You know how the UCMJ works. It is UCMJ policy that all service members can question what they believe to be are unlawful orders. You might get court marshall, but you'll get your chance to argue it out in court.
@MarkGoldie94840@atticuspaine65@WW2Facts Don't listen to this idiot. Clearly his tin foil hat is too tight and it's cutting off the oxygen to What's Left of his brain. The all-encompassing grand conspiracy theory, is the last Refuge of the weak-minded and intellectually bankrupt.๐
@atticuspaine65@roman4302@WW2Facts I agree with you. The war didn't need to happen. And we could have stopped it in 1936 when Hitler reoccupied the rhineland. In violation of the Versailles treaty. He even told his troops that if there was the slightest bit of resistance they were to back off. Appeasement kills.๐
@atticuspaine65@PGilday45277@WW2Facts You might want to Google the phrase "partitions of poland." Maybe Hitler would have not invaded Poland if they had agreed to give the Danzig corridor back. But no way in hell were they going to do that. Because of Prussia and Russia, pulling disappeared off the map for 100 years.
