Atleast 10k petition signers demanding for accountability please https://t.co/bteTqRu7RV
WE NEED YOUR HELP WITH PUBLICITY; THIS IS NO LONGER AN OUTCRY FOR ONE.
🔗Fill this and share with everyone you know https://t.co/GmkUG3vSOl (Our immediate goal is at least 10,000 signatures on the petition).
My original outcry was about ONE experience; my own experience with MTN and the depletion of my data allocation however the responses that followed opened the door to numerous other subscribers sharing concerns about their own experiences and that changed everything.
We are no longer seeking answers only for ONE. We are seeking to properly examine these concerns and demand accountability for ALL subscribers whose experiences are supported by evidence but we cannot do this effectively without you.
We need you to help us push this everywhere you can on X, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, your communities, groups and every legitimate publicity channel available to you.
Those signatures will demonstrate the breadth of public concern and strengthen our collective call for proper investigation and accountability.
We also need as much firsthand evidence as possible. If you have experienced unusual, unexplained or disputed MTN data depletion, please submit your details and supporting evidence through the evidence form.
PLEASE NOTE: Nobody needs to pay anything on the petition page. If you see an option asking for payment, DO NOT PAY. Simply choose the option to SHARE the petition.
We are not asking anyone to make allegations they cannot support. We are asking people to speak from their own experience, provide evidence where available, and help us establish the facts.
Now, let’s come together and demand answers for ALL.
10,000 signatures.
As much evidence as possible.
As much legitimate publicity as possible.
LETS DO THIS AS 1️⃣
Update: Based on our reading of some of the case filings, we believe Nigerian President Bola Tinubu (@officialABAT) may face criminal charges after he leaves office (when he no longer has immunity ratione personae) in connection with the heroin-trafficking allegations. We must stress that the filings we have reviewed do not explicitly establish that the U.S. government intends to charge Nigerian President #Tinubu, but the @FBI and @DEAHQ responses to certain questions raise serious questions about future intentions and whether a law-enforcement investigation or proceeding may still exist.
On two separate occasions, the @FBI and @DEAHQ were asked to agree that, more than 30 years later, no investigation is pending and no enforcement proceeding is ongoing concerning the crimes described in the underlying cases. They refused to confirm either assertion. Instead, the FBI and DEA stated that they are “not obligated to comment on whether law enforcement investigation(s) or proceeding(s) may exist.”
What is significant about that answer is that the FBI and DEA directly answered numerous other factual assertions in the same filing. From the records, we know that some individuals associated with the underlying investigation are dead and that the #FBI and #DEA filings reference wiretaps. The FBI and DEA’s refusal to confirm that no investigation or enforcement proceeding exists is noteworthy. Their refusal doesn't prove charges are coming against President #Tinubu, but given how President @realDonaldTrump operates, it raises the question: Why won’t the FBI and DEA simply say that no current investigation or proceeding connected to these cases or involving President Tinubu exists?
