that's it, @Indexedex launchs anyway, bad start is the start, more concerns:
- DTF-DETF flywheel is works, stake reward is attractive,
- $dtf price is low enough,
- other ETFs should be on the way,
- news from dev.
By the way, a better operation manager is needed to lead higher!
People are treating DTF-DETF like it’s the whole @Indexedex product when it’s really the Protocol DETF being bootstrapped right now.
Most of the focus so far has been getting the core mechanics running properly staking, bonds, reserve liquidity and $DTF/ETH liquidity.
The bigger IndexedEx product is DETFs made up of different assets and DeFi strategies.
Uniswap positions, Morpho lending, stablecoin vaults, weighted strategies, all wrapped into one token. There aren’t many projects trying to combine all of that into one permissionless product.
The DTF-DETF flywheel has started, but the broader IndexedEx flywheel really starts when people begin launching and using other DETFs.
More DETFs means more activity across the platform and eventually more fees flowing back through $DTF and the Protocol DETF ecosystem.
People also seem to forget that @cyotee was an OHM dev. Bonds, protocol-owned liquidity and actively managing treasury assets aren’t new territory for him and based on GitHub, he’s been working on this for over 5 months.
A lot of the complaints right now also seem to come from people expecting the new staking setup to work like normal “deposit DTF, get more DTF back” staking, when the DETF structure works very differently.
The chart and PA might look rough right now, but a lot of that move happened before the wider IndexedEx product was even live.
Once people can start launching their own DETFs and those products are actually generating activity and fees, that’s when the bigger flywheel starts.
Right now we’re still at the beginning.
Buckle up.
yes, the only one to cover the gap is to get more $dtf to (re)stake, be zero or be hero, have to trust dev now. @Indexedex
and the ratio is increasing ...
The liquidity is finally deep enough that the fees and bond payments can smoothly flow into the robinhood:0xee5576fa1bcaa380e591d01245f406f3f384eb01 /ETH pool now.
That means the DTF-DETF owns more liquidity, dropping it's price in the reserve pool.
It's catching up on rebalancing the reserve to the market.
