@dsonoiki He has $1 trillion. The government spends $7 trillion. He is 1/330,000,000 people in the U.S. That's obscene wealth. The reason why tax rates were 90% in the 1950s was because wealth will grow exponentially if you don't tax it. Trickle-down economics has killed the middle class.
@RedUTD15@NBAMemes He picked up the ball with 2 hands, then continued dribbling. If he had only used 1 hands, it would have been debatable. 2 hands, not debatable.
@cullenroche Also, are we really capitalist? Our lawmakers create all sorts of economic giveaways to rich and poor alike, and even businesses/industries? We're not truly capitalist, we're just less socialist than countries that we label "socialist".
@cullenroche 1) Isn't it possible there are other factors (population growth, demographics, natural resources, etc.) that contributed to that growth as much or more than socio-economic programs and taxation? 2) Is it possible far more people live well under a socialist system than ours?
@mitchellvii So gas will return to prewar prices, and we should thank Trump for spending a trillion dollars on the war, destabilizing the world economy and letting Iran keep their nuclear material. One thing for sure, no matter what Trump does, you’ll be sucking his little wenis.
@RonPuechner@mariashriver Not true but even if it were, that's no excuse. He acted like this long before the big bad press asked questions. Do you remember in 2016 what he said to Megyn Kelly about her "bleeding from her wherever"?
