@virginmedia There are other issues, mostly in that you've not done what you said you would. We are unhappy with the account but can't discuss without memorable word

@virginmedia The customer is an pensioner who could not remember her memorable word. You were going to send her a letter to detail how this could be dealt with. You were also going to send a new hub for her phone line due to the issues we called about. My mobile number was taken for contact.
