Cut onboarding again. It was a seven-step tab tour, now it's five short screens, and the one-time tab tips are gone. Chose to make a first goal required, with no close button, over letting people skip. Tradeoff: some will bounce.

iPhones only deliver web push if the app is installed to the Home Screen. In a normal Safari tab the notification toggle can't work. So it now stays off and walks you through installing first, instead of pretending it's on.

Reviews used to be due at a fixed UTC hour, so "due today" could land at an odd hour of your day. Now a review is due on a calendar day in your own time zone, and streaks follow it too. It was just wrong for anyone outside Europe.

No novelty -> not interesting -> people skip.
