Legal/illegal immigrants still have full protections under the law and constitution including their 4th amendment and due process rights. You’re wrong to think of them as not human beings. If they had to break the door to get in then it would follow that this business was not open to the public. Plus, even a public business can tell you to leave. No one has unfettered access.
