1/ 🧵 My experience with @SupportNoise has been extremely disappointing.
Complaint/Ticket ID: 4381738
I raised a complaint regarding my Noise Buds VS102 and was asked to send the product for service. I also paid ₹149 as courier charges.

Customers deserve proper communication and a genuine resolution, not silence.

Customer support on email is not replying, X support is not replying, and the issue remains unresolved.

The result? Complete silence.
No response to emails. No resolution. No accountability.

@SupportNoise 2/ After the service process, the issue was NOT resolved. To make matters worse, I received only one earbud back and the product was still defective.
Despite this, the complaint was marked as "successfully resolved" and closed.

Had the Boba Sprite at McDonald’s (Pacific Mall, Subhash Nagar) yesterday and it tasted like detergent water. I felt sick after drinking it.
