I am writing to raise an urgent complaint and request immediate assistance regarding the non-availability of a water bottle on Train No. 12415.

My PNR number is  
8935502069 and I am traveling in Coach B1. Since boarding the train at Indore, no staff has come @IRCTCofficial

Poor quality Requesting quick repair/replacement or refund.

I purchased a Thomson 7.5 kg washing machine (Order ID: OD335548457944016100) on 23-09-2025 from Flipkart.

Unfortunately, the machine has had water leakage issue since day one and it has not been usable till today. Despite this, no proper resolution has been provided.

This is extremely disappointing as the product is still under warranty.

I request you to kindly arrange replacement or full repair at the earliest, or initiate a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

Please look into this matter urgently.
