پاکستان تحریک انصاف ماہرنگ بلوچ کو سنائی گئی سزا پر گہری تشویش اور افسوس کا اظہار کرتی ہے۔ اس مقدمے میں بنیادی انصاف کے تقاضے پورے نہیں کیے گئے اور انہیں شفاف ٹرائل کا حق نہیں دیا گیا۔

انصاف کے تقاضوں کو نظر انداز کر کے دی جانے والی سزائیں نہ صرف قانونی نظام پر سوالیہ نشان ہیں بلکہ انسانی حقوق کی خلاف ورزی بھی ہیں۔ کسی شہری کو بنیادی حقوق سے محروم کرنا اور بغیر مکمل منصفانہ ٹرائل کے سزا دینا آئین کی روح کے منافی ہے۔

اس طرح کے اقدامات سے بلوچستان کے عوام کی آواز نہیں دبائی جا سکتی۔ عوامی مسائل اور جائز مطالبات کو طاقت سے ختم کرنے کے بجائے انہیں سنجیدگی سے سننا اور حل کرنا ریاست کی ذمہ داری ہے۔

پاکستان تحریک انصاف مطالبہ کرتی ہے کہ ماہرنگ بلوچ کو فوری طور پر شفاف اور منصفانہ ٹرائل دیا جائے اور اس فیصلے پر نظر ثانی کی جائے تاکہ انصاف نظر آئے۔

To allow diplomacy to run its course, I earnestly request President Trump to extend the deadline for two weeks. Pakistan, in all sincerity, requests the Iranian brothers to open Strait of Hormuz for a corresponding period of two weeks as a goodwill gesture. We also urge all warring parties to observe a ceasefire everywhere for two weeks to allow diplomacy to achieve conclusive termination of war, in the interest of long-term peace and stability in the region.
