One patient interviewed in her late 20s had to do an #oophorectomy because her cyst was the size of a cantaloupe. She’s at risk of having another oophorectomy, which would put her in early menopause. Heart-breaking.

Women are asked to do #hysterectomy and #oophorectomy because of how severe their #endometriosis and #fibroids are. We need to close the diagnosis gap of 10 years for endometriosis and 3.6 years for fibroids to avoid unnecessary pain.

(2) Meet experienced designers for feedback. If they like your work they will advocate for you
(3) Speak at events about your work to reach potential employers / advocates
