This is the international boundary between #Eritrea and #Ethiopia, as ruled by EEBC, and “virtually demarcated” by @UN cartographers in 2002. It’s known by everybody except Tigrayans who have been lied to by #TPLF (for 18 years) to believe it’s subject to further talks and negotiations.
The line was drawn after each side presented its claims and arguments for “final and binding” decision. It was interpreted using three colonial treaties between Ethiopia, Italy and UK and international law, using terms of Algiers Agreement where the parties agreed to apriori, that it would be strictly technical without consideration for local sentiments of what is equitable. What follows are the coordinates for each sector:
