Thanks Sofia. I believe the reference is the same as its just N.I. number followed by 'IC', then surname and first initial. The link you sent I have tried multiple times already today and keep getting the following message:
"Our advisers are not available to discuss your query at the moment.
You can ask another question, contact HMRC for more help (opens in a new tab) or end this chat."
Even when i type agent multiple times it doesn't connect me. Is there something I can type that will connect me to a live agent rather than the bot?
No, it doesn't explicitly say that. But then the letter detailing the shortfall years doesn't give payment details, it sends you to this link https://t.co/gD2hR9AkAo which gives a different account then the letter I received for 2023/24. I have a UK account and can do either account. The 2023/24 letter does specify for overseas payments from uk account which describes me best. I already sent my 2023/24 payment there anyway
@HMRCcustomers I received a letter one year back detailing where to pay 2023/24. So wondering if I can just send the six payments from 2017-2023 to the same bank account?
@BarclaysInvest hi there, Iโm thinking of opening an account. Is it possible to gift assets (fund holdings) from my wifeโs smart investor account to mine (if I open one) and how would this be done? Thanks
@Coinfloor Hi there, I recently tried to open an account and it was unsuccessful. I have no idea why this would be and I emailed to seek some clarity with a view of getting it resolved. I sent the email on January 5th and as yet havenโt received a response. Please advise. Thanks
